To ensure compliance with our code of conduct and legal requirements, we have established a Compliance Management System (CMS) . It ensures that all processes and decisions at NaturVitale are carried out ethically and that potential risks are minimized. The CMS is continuously monitored and adapted to meet current challenges. Responsibility for the system lies with our Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) , who is supported by regional compliance officers.

Together they ensure that compliance guidelines are adhered to in all areas of our company. The Compliance Committee , consisting of managers and the compliance team, meets regularly to discuss current issues and make adjustments to the compliance management system. In this way, we ensure that our actions always comply with the highest ethical and legal standards.
